How We Prepare
Once you are a client;
- a full remediation inspection of the property will be completed and a report will be provided,
- we will document the current state of the property with videos and photographs, and
- a review of your property's insurance policies will be completed.
After reviewing your policies and current state of the property, we will make recommendations on how best to protect your asset for an event.
Ongoing Support
We will monitor your property address for any events that may have significantly affected your property and dispatch providers as needed.
We will continuously vet our service providers, making sure their licenses and insurances are up-to-date and that they are capable of servicing your needs. Additionally, we will ensure our partners are prioritizing your needs if a major event impacts your area. We will maintain documents for your property, and as we are made aware of changes or improvements and we will maintain those records as well for an insurances claim purposes.
